After several years of being let down by builders and roofers i.e. no shows, shoddy work, cowboys etc. great to deal with someone giving honest assessment as well as communicating well about visits. Carried out gutter repair (no charge) and estimate for further work, if required, seemed reasonable. (Previous roofer looking for thousands for supposed extensive repairs). Happy to recommend. Very poor communication throughout our reroof, not arriving till who knows what time, disappearing for lunch for 3 hours- think they were working on more than one job. Lots of snagging work was left to be done and constantly got excuse after excuse as to why they hadnt been out to finish these things before eventually Fraser just started ignoring my messages. During the work a tile was dropped into the loft space which came through my hall ceiling, which led to them having to arrange a plasterer to come and repair the ceiling. Didnt use protective film on the windows/door at the back of my house which led to lots of sticky mess all over my brand new windows & doors from the application of rough cast. We have since had to fork out over 1000 for repairs and installation of roof vents which should have been done at the time of the roof installation. Very poor experience overall and definitely would not recommend. Service: Roof installation
