Sent documents with private data - including account information - to another person. When asked who they were got told it was a mistake and not to worry as theyd received an undeliverable message. After months of being ignored when asking to see the undeliverable message they finally admitted it was a lie and the other person had actually came back to them to question why theyd been sent it. Was told months ago they were investigating and would let me know but heard nothing since. Clearly do not take data safety or breaches seriously, would avoid.

First class service from Walker Laird in Renfrew, a breath of fresh air from start to finish. Stuart was professional and meticulous on his first visit, and his attention to detail was 100%. Yvonne and Hollie were both excellent in their follow through.Genuine customer service, with every request followed through quickly. Great communication throughout. Best service I have ever had from an estate agent. Highly recommend.
