Each time, they tried to get her to go over to the west end shop, saying things like 'it's just through the clyde tunnel, its only 8 in a taxi'.
To let folk down over and over is terrible customer service, so my advice is if you are really wanting your hair done, book somewhere else to avoid disappointment.
I am only giving one star as it won't let me give zero!
