I accompanied my daughter when she was asked to come in for an interview. She has some psychiatric problems. The woman Claire was outstanding and very helpful. She was polite, professional, she left my daughter feeling so much better. Thank you Claire

Asked for hop to fill out Capability form and was told by officious woman that they didn't give advice or help in filling it. They are meant to! Not helpful and woman was a bit bad mannered.. Not pleasant not friendly and discourteous as she was offhand with no civility.

This place is a menace and persistently sends me unsolicited phone text messages, they are nuisance calls that I am fed up with. Last week they were phoning 4 or 5 times a day.That stopped.but now they are sending these nuisance calls which presumably should be helping somebody else. but not me!! They did finally cease, but the fact remains that if they get the wrong phone number for a client they cannot stop sending messages to it unless it is updated with the correct one. Extremely annoying to say the least.
