I really don't know where to start with the praise for Richard Gail and the team.their guidance helped me through the toughest time I have ever experienced.always at the end of the fone,know which direction to point you.and above all else their honesty.2nd meeting with them and I felt they were friends but always maintained professionalism. the celebrante that was recommended SHYLA just radiates warmth.what a special person she is.if i could give more stars I would.once again thank you for everything

The service received from Richard and the team was amazing. When my husband Douglas died at home, on a Sunday evening in December 2021, I had to do a very quick search for undertakers after the nurses left. Although his passing was expected I had not planned for this, denial being the main reason. Within an hour of calling, Richard arrived. He was so kind and empathetic, I did not feel like a number or just another customer. Over the next 2 weeks, before Douglas funeral, the team were on hand in the parlour and over the phone. They will do as much or as little as you need. I had already chosen the crematorium, the pall bearers, music (which they passed to the crem for me, and also organised streaming for those who could not make it) the minister and flowers (from Geri at Flowers in Thyme), but I needed help with orders of service and a venue for the purvey, which they readily provided. I didnt like any of the coffins in the brochure, and Richard showed me a photo of a beautiful grey one, which I chose. At a time when I was in shock they carried me, and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you all so much.x

Silver Rose and Elizabeth the owner handled both my papa johnnys & Recently my mums funeral and burial and both were second to none! My mums viewing was very intimate and cosy and they made her look Beautiful. They were so compassionate and made everything so easy for us. Would highly recommend them to anyone.
