Booked with Reem Gleam for an end of tenancy clean. Communication was poor from the start, with little to no confirmation of attendance, but no issue with request of payment before the workers arrived on the day. Clean was extremely poor quality. Requested an oven clean which was included in the end of tenancy clean. The oven was left untouched after being told over the phone by the cleaners it was done. Surfaces and cupboards were not wiped at all. Windows were left untouched. Furniture was barely moved for carpet clean. When contacted management about poor service offered and how my end of tenancy inspection went, management offered poor service by "vaguely remembering" my booking, before offering a half hearted solution. I requested they attend the property to complete the job which was accepted. 1 week went by with ignored phone calls and voicemails until I threated to get my money back. This prompted management to finally attend the property after having to collect keys from the letting agency and failing to deliver the keys back to the letting agency when agreed. The second service was poor again, with no windows touched, carpets still not cleaned right. But at least they wiped the cupboards this time. Eventually got my losses with Reem Gleam and accepted a deposit deduction as it was easier than dealing with this company again. 130 for bad service, poor management, and unreliable communication. Would avoid at all costs and go with any other company. Services: Deep clean, Moving-related cleaning

Garden shed dismantled and debris taken away. Guys arrived when they said they would. Very tidy. Would highly recommend Ream Gleam.
