Great customer service, went in looking to buy a bike for my Grandad, not knowing much about them! Got great help from Stuart who insured I bought the most suitable bike, spent a good amount of time with me to ensure I was happy! Can not recommend more!

Called in on my way down south for triathlon in desperation as di2 cable had disconnected from junction box at bottom bracket. Gordon very kindly fixed at very short notice for me. Many thanks for helping me out of a tight spot.
