Absolutel rip of call him to come and do a repair never came to repair he decided that he was doing a check over and coming bak to do the work charged me 100 and never came back blocked me and wont answer it going to make sure everyone knows what a fat little horrible person you are !!!

We asked Mark to service our caravan and also fix a leak around our sink area. He saw to this at an agreed time. The leak was a bit awkward to fix but he managed to do it without any great problem, with things he had to hand in the car. Mark was also very helpful with tips about caravanning as we are beginners this was great. Very attentive and conscientious at his job. Also a very reasonable price for work well done. We would definitely happily recommend. ***UPDATE*** 8/2/20... Unfortunately I am having to update this review. This is due to inability to heat water in the caravan after the aforementioned service carried out by Mark. Last year I contacted him so many times to plead with him to come and fix whatever it was he did during the service. When I first noticed, he contacted me and said to flick some switch which would sort the problem. Unfortunately the switch doesn't exist and believe me I've searched for it. After this, it's as if he has fell off the edge of the world. I have pleaded with him just to meet where the caravan is stored (same place as his incidentally) and to fix the water heater problem. No Correspondence whatsoever. This is an absolutely shocking way to treat a customer. I believe I'm not the first, and probably won't be the last. He said it was something simple, so simple he can't even be bothered to correspond with me or come and fix it. He took my money for the service quick enough though, over 200. I still have every single txt I have sent him. This will NOT be getting left. It's a matter of principle, which Mark clearly has in very short supply. Trading Standards/Citizens Advice and whoever else I am directed towards will be contacted about this. He calls himself a business therefore something CAN and WILL be done. I am REMOVING my recommendation for this so called business. DO NOT USE. There are better out there for less money. People who have principles, values and who respect the fact that if it wasn't for their customers their business wouldn't exist. Mark CLEARLY doesn't care once he's got the cash in his hand. Bury your head all you want Mark, I swear to you I won't let this go.
