Tess has been a wonderful support to me. As a counsellor she is warm, genuine, intuitive and wise. She always lets me set the tone of our sessions, she creates a space where I feel free to open up and really examine and illuminate what is going on for me. I contacted Tess after my EAP at work recommended I seek more long term support and now, having worked with her for the last 5 months, I am so glad I did. She has helped me understand so much about my self and life that I don't think I would have without her. I am in a much better place and a lot of credit has to go to her. Exceptionally kind and understanding as well as giving some thought provoking insights I would happily recommend her to anyone who is going through a tough time and in need of support.
