Andrew and his team safely and tidily dealt with a large horse chestnut tree that was affected by honey fungus. Would be happy to recommend Heartwood to anyone looking for Tree Care.

Super knowledgeable and friendly team. This is now an annual visit and we're super happy again. The Heartwpod team came to care for our mature trees and shrubs including Acers and Copper Beech. The work took about half a day and we're really pleased with the result and advice we received. All waste was tidied and taken away. We're looking forward to the team continuing to take care of the trees in the coming years and happy for them to return to carry on the excellent work.

Andrew and his team are warm, friendly and exceptionally good tree surgeons! They have cut my privet hedge on a number of occasions and, on each occasion, the service level has been exceptional. I recommend this company, without reservation.

Andrew and his team were absolutely fantastic, meticulously taking down our huge 230 year old tree that precariously hung over our home. From our first contact Andrew was totally professional but in a very relaxed friendly way. Chatting with Andrew at times it was more like meeting a mate in the pub but given what he was doing at no time was I concerned. You know your working with a professional when he checks every time arriving on site asking "are you happy with things?". As you can see from the photos Andrew is a man of action getting up the tree himself whilst safely directing his expert team on the ground. As I've previously found to my cost the tree surgery business has some dangerous cowboys and Heartwood Tree Care Ltd are 100% professional! I certainly will use Andrew again for any tree care.
