We had Lauren and Daniel for our testing on Monday night, they were excellent, just kind ,thoughtful and friendly. The website does not provide any info for people who doesn't drive and how to get to testing centre by foot, there is lots of info in there- i think it is not easy to locate.

In the first instance id choose not to be having to be tested but express test were helpful and professional. Results were quicker than expected. So no complaints with them and the staff were really nice.

Don't use this COVID testing service if you want a professional and uncontaminated service. The woman that done my test never used a new set of gloves for me and touched the solution that the test goes in therefore contaminating the solution. She was touching EVERYTHING before my test. She didn't care about the reliability of the test results. They are NOT professional nurses. When I told my concerns to the manager, the manager laughed in my face and my wife's face. I asked to do another test to satisfy my concerns but he was unwilling to let me do another test, even if I paid for it. I nearly cancelled my flight after doing this test but fortunately I took two other tests immediately after to verify the results by other certified testing labs. The other test results were the opposite of this one. If you want a reliable test service, use the one at Glasgow Airport, it's a little more expensive but definitely worth it with registered nurses administering the tests and approved by a UK physician. My experience with the bald manager/ supervisor and woman administering the test was terrible. Total waste of money using ExpressTest. Avoid at all costs. It's a money grab!!
