Was impressed by this airport car park. Mini bus was waiting to take us directly to the airport. We were there in a few short minutes. The only downside was the distance from no.7 stance to terminal building. Price paid was very reasonable. Would use them again in future.

After We told them that we Waited 50minutes for bus back from airport in middle of night with two kids ,Parking staff start shouting and arguing with My Wife and Myself which is Shocking!!!. Definitely Won't use it again! They simply let you wait long enough until more people gather together to save diesel. Very very sad.

The return pick up was a shambles, 1 very rude, sarcastic member of staff was on shift, who couldnt find anyones car keys, we were asked to fish our own keys from a Celebrations sweetie tub - which is completely unacceptable. There was no security verification in place, any opportunist could have joined the queue fished a car key out the box and left with someones car. My other observation was that the car park gate was left open while the only person on shift collected us from the airport - cars left unattended. Im actually speechless. Will not use the car park again.
