    The staff were pleasant enough and completed the customs form within 45 min of our pet landing. However there was zero communication with WFS (the company that organised the transport) so we were unable to collect the cat until I took the form from Extrordinair round next door to WFS. This is not a good service. But there is no alternative so customers are treated with indifference as though a two hour delay is of no interest to them or the welfare of the cat. This service is let down entirely by poor interagency and customer communications. Management clearly done have proper systems in place

    Thanks a lot to Ms. Heckles and the team for taking care of my beloved dog after the flight. They walked and played with him to calm him down. Also they managed all the documents to pass customs service. We got our pet safe and with no worries.

    Extrordinair were consistently supportive, knowledgeable, communicative and helpful throughout the process of bringing our dog from the USA to Scotland. Providing advice on specific import regulations and paperwork requirements, the team at Extrordinair ensured that we had everything lined up to get Chuba safely into the country. Even when KLM cancelled the flight that Chuba was due to arrive on from Amsterdam (which would have meant that he would have been in transit at Schiphol for 5 full days!), the team at Extrordinair went above and beyond to communicate with both the shipper and the airline so that Chuba could be put on the earliest flight possible. I want to thank all members of the Extrodinair team for their responsiveness and support throughout what was often a stressful process. The welfare of your pet is their primary concern, and Chloe was even able to reach out to Schiphol to get a wellbeing update for our dog when he was in transit. Professional, personable and pet-focused, 5 stars all the way for Extrordinair. Thank you from Darren, Dong-Thu and Chuba!
