        I collected my car at Edinburgh airport. The guys who took care of me were William and Ken(hope I am spelling this name right) and they really tried their best to help me solve a serious issue I was having.         Staff was courteous and friendly. We were upsold on a larger vehicle and we are still uncertain if that was necessary. However, the rental car that we received was comfortable and easy to drive. the navigation system was useful. I recommend Sixt for car rentals for the helpful staff and efficient service.

        Maria and the team were professional, very friendly, considered and even offered an upgrade to our vehicle free of charge. Smooth handover experience too when we returned to the airport; easily the best rental experience I've had to date.
