Lots of hidden charges and rules when you go to pay (like credit card only for deposit), where they will apply penalties, like seeking you to pay over double your price if you cant meet their rules (like use a debit card). For us, they held 1,200 on a credit card that would have been forfeited if we got a flat tyre or chipped screen (amongst other traps). If you double the daily payment this excess reduces to something like 200. They also charged 30p a mile for anything over 100 miles a day.
