enquired about a car on monday night, amazing communication with the amazing grant from lexus in edinburgh. got a reply back on tuesday morning emailing back and fourth about finace, which i got accepted for. wednesday signed some papers, wheels got taken off to redo the alloys as they werent in the best shape. thursday got a phone to say that the finance documents will be sent over to me and to sign them. friday (on grants day off) grant calls me to tell me that the car will be ready to collect saturday. amazing communication and felt no pressure at all to take the car. me and my partner took all the protection that was offered to us as we felt that it would be the best decision for us when it came to us trading the car back in to get the most money as possible for it. grant made us both feel comfortable and informed us about everything that was going on with the car which we appreciated. will definitely be back as weve never experienced anything like what we have. thank you so much again to grant for helping us get our car.

My IS300 was booked due to a recall. Also, I have ordered some parts for my car and planned to collect them when the car is ready. The car was ready in time as promised and the parts were put nicely in the boot. I was given updates all the way through. I had some questions and one of the technicians patiently gave me some answers and ideas. The receptionists, parts and service department, basically everyone with whom I spoke with, was professional, kind and proactive! As a former mechanic, I love to service my own car but if something challenging comes up that I can't deal with or for MOT, I will definitely contact them. Thank you for an excellent service and experience, seriously!

I've used this dealer since i owned my 2nd lexus now on my 6th and on my last visit the staff and service went above and beyond, they really do treat you like you're family, massive thanks to Shaun, Pat, Gordon and the rest of the team, they take very good care of you and your car

Nothing was trouble for him, answered all of my questions and was never pushing for a deal. Excellent customer service. Thank you
