        Having worked with another major Edinburgh insurer for many years over a number of sectors I was caught by surprise when they were unable to put a new commercial building on cover for me due to particular requirements. I was then introduced to Doug at NFU Edinburgh and The Lothians and who worked quickly to establish my requirements and was able to offer suitable cover which until then I I thought was to be an impossibility. I would have no hesitation in recommending Doug and the team at NFU and thank them again for their attentiveness.

        This is a great business to work with, hard working, professional and diligent. I have been a customer for over 12 years and would not go past them. Their first priority is to help in a claim not avoid paying, which is far more important to me than using a business offering a cheap premium that avoids paying out when you need it most. I was originally cautious about moving to them but it was definitely a good choice. Thoroughly recommend.
