Brilliant service. I had been let down by my main dealer as parts to fit a Tow Bar had been delayed on the Evergiven in the Suez Canal. Grant at Buchans seems to have contacts that find the parts others cannot, and gave me a good price and an early fitting date. The Tow Bar was fitted in under 3 hours, demonstrated and works perfectly. I'm particularity pleased that when detached, everything disappears. And a lifetime guarantee! Go there, you will not be disappointed.

First class service at the Edinburgh branch, Peter was 100% professional in every aspect. He took the time to explain to us how the Towbar worked and how to fit and secure the cycle carrier. Would highly recommend anyone to visit Buchans if they need either a towbar or a cycle carrier to pay these guys a visit. 5*

After spending some time ordering a lovely new Land Rover defender I was amazed at the difference in price between a factory order retractable tow bar and side steps compared to retro fitting after delivery. I shopped around a number of places but Grant at Buchans gave the best advice by far. My car was looked after by a professional from start to finish at their conveniently located workshop across from The Highland Showground on the outskirts of Edinburgh. They also stock a wide range of vehicle accessories by Thule and I opted to buy a cycle carrier which accommodates all 4 family bikes. The quality of service is easy to disseminate compared to a number of the other companies I called.
