My husband, myself, my daughter and grandson recently stayed 2 rooms for 2 nights. Giving this hotel a 5-star hands down ! We were met on arrival to Reception by Zach who was so pleasant and accommodating. He saw our luggage and got us into 1 of our 2 rooms early, so that we could relax and enjoy lunch until the other room was ready. Also he made our breakfast reservations and he took the time to make sure we had everything set up to be comfortable and enjoy our stay. Victoria on our check out day was above and beyond in her kindness and also stowing our luggage for few hours till flight to airport. The restaurant and bar area are very nice and comfortable. We enjoyed each evening with a cocktail and lovely meal from their menu. Breakfast buffet each morning was full of variety ; hot as well as cold foods, all freshly prepared and even had gluten free/vegan options. Food is good, fresh and nicely presented. The service in the restaurant as well as bar is stellar ! Evening meals we were looked after by restaurant staff; Serban, Monica and also Catalin. The bar attended by lovely lady , Edit. They treated us with warm welcomes and made us feel very pampered with their genuine care and attentiveness. Not often you receive such fine service as this in restaurants these days. Morning staff were equally gracious, attentive and accommodating. This hotel also has stellar housekeeping and I wish to mention because so often this staff are overlooked. Our grandson is in nappies and the housekeepers we encountered were so helpful and pleasant when we asked for anything, and asked about disposing of the nappies etc The rooms are very clean and well maintained. Comfortable bed and nice crisp clean linens. This hotel is very well managed you can tell, and they hire quality, professional staff that are well trained in excellent customer service. Highly recommend this hotel for individual or families alike. Great location for airport as well as easy bus ride into city center.
