        I find it horrendous that pre-ordering your currency doesn't guarantee that the branch will have any currency to issue out. Even though I've made a reservation for the currency plenty of time in advance, I wasn't able to collect my order in this branch. This leaves me to believe that the company is misselling products and makes people to pre-book currency even though the company knows full well that they cannot fullfil the order. The customer support person didn't even try to make alternative arrangements or help us out.

        Take some good advice... Don't use this service! You will be ripped off badly... They wanted to give me 100 pounds less than the exchange rate Calc on 600...luckily I made the wise choice of not exchanging my money at the airport and used the banks in Edinburgh instead and got the exact exchange... Saved myself the 100 pounds they would have pocketed for doing very little if nothing...

        The worst ever experience. Exchange 300USD to GBP, n I lost 50GBP in the end. How can the airport which stands for government approves such a currency exchange service? Legally robbery.
