        Dreadful service. No idea how you'd get any sense out of them. Completely unhelpful staff. Got nowhere.

        Worst delivery service and they blatantly lie that package is delivered when it is not. My availablity and their delivery time doesn't sync up and when asked to change delivery location or delivery date they are not keen to help. They told me that they will deliver on Saturday but when i called to cross check they said that they will not deliver on Saturday's. Not sure how they are still surviving when their service is this poor.

        paid for next day delivery,for an item we needed asap, the item was due on the thursday, waited in all day to get no delivery, thought okay it will arrive friday, Nope they didnt get it on the delivery vans so it sat in they're depot friday saturday and sunday AS THEY DONT WORK WEEKENDS. Shocking service, Customer service staff are hard to contact and when you do they dont care.
