I rented a property managed by Scotmid Property managers. What a nightmare! I don't recommend them!

Popped into your Scotmid Landmark store in Stonefield Rd Blantyre , last in here prior to the pandemic.A well laid out store with plenty and variety of stock. Nothing obstructing customers on the shop floor and spotlessly clean. Impressed by the new digital shelf edge labelling and staff very polite and helpful. GREAT improvement Blantyre keep up the good work. PS a nice Xmas tree in the foyer would look great and invite customers old and new.

Went to two branches in Edinburgh, one in Granton Road and the other in Fredrick street to redeem the government funded voucher for electricity. Neither one had a clue how to do it and the staff in the Fredrick Street one were very abrasive, especially the woman who said she is new to the team leader position. Very unpleasant, the woman with the short grey hair kept telling me to go to the post office, they dont have paypoint there. Absolutely hopeless, since this is nationwide youd think you would train your staff on how to do it, there are very clear and simple instructions on the email. Useless company.
