Never again. Our reserved car was unavailable, so they put us in a cheaper car. Had to point out it was several hundred euro cheaper than we prepaid to get the refund. Upon returning, received a damage report for $1K EUR+. Sent in videos showing the damage was pre-existing. Suddenly, lots of new damage that was not mentioned in the original damage report. Told them we're involving the insurance company and then they dropped any damage fees.
