After sale service is totally rubbish 5 weeks waiting to get issue sorted. Worst customer care ever. Not recommended.

Get no response from this garage in terms of sales and maintenance. I've even had the Regional Director for Scotland tell me someone will be in touch. I had an initial call to go over details and heard nothing since. Will never use this garage again and strongly recommend no-one else does. Shambles of a business.

The only reason this isnt a 1 star is because the service front office staff were really nice and welcoming. Booked a service for my Kia Stinger and was given an advisory for coolant level. Didnt offer to top it up for an additional price which I would have been happy to pay for. The inspection video wasnt sent whilst waiting for my service to be completed but rather 2 days after which is pretty pointless. Since the service Ive been hunting around for the specific coolant at Halfords and euro car parts all dont have in stock. The service took 3 hours to complete despite no major faults. In that meantime I had a sales appointment booked to explore some options for my next car. This particular dealership must be doing excellent in sales because they werent motivated in the slightest to offer any incentives to purchase a new car. In comparison to Flear & Thomson in Sterling who actually are trying to give me as best a deal as possible. I have fed this back to the dealership directly and was asked if I was open to the service manager giving me a call and I accepted. No call yet. Overall not impressed with the experience at this dealer. Ill be sticking with Kia but wont be coming back for a service if I can help it.
