Bought a car from this branch and the experience from start to finish was excellent. The car had a fault with its turbo that became evident the day after purchase. This is where the team in Edinburgh service department had a chance to shine. They arranged to check it out, order the parts and then when the car went wrong on the way in to them for the repair they provided me, at their suggestion, a courtesy car to use while the repair was carried out. They kept me well informed throughout until completion. Would happily recommend them on this excellent customer service. Best garage I have dealt with by miles.

The worst...called ahead to be told car was available...arrive to be told car was not available...80 mile round trip for nothing...no apology

I went to see if I could get a car, i had a look around and seen alot of cars for sale but there was 1 i kept going back to, the sales rep let me check it out inside and out, i got to test drive it and realised the car was what I wanted, thank you CDW

WORST PLACE EVER TO BUY YOUR CAR! I bought my car in January 2022 and within a year I had to spend an extra 1500 to fix it. Not to talk about the missing car mats and the rear parcel shelf boot load cover. I took the car back twice under warranty to get it fixed and the only thing they did was to play me a fool. As soon as the warranty expired they tried to overcharge me for my car's issues. So if you need a car please go somewhere else! They might've saved money fooling me but now that I'm planning to buy a mini hatchback guess whose loss is this. My agent was Jack.
