Terrible service. No answer on the phone in arrivals lounge 2 to report lost luggage and no staff at the front desk. Swissport staff with big yellow jackets to be seen on their phones and chatting but as much use as a chocolate teapot. Many other foreign travellers left wondering how to contact Swissport. Immature staff mocking foreign tourists and display high level of incompetence. Need to improve service levels.

I cant really imagine a worse airport baggage handler. Its always a mess. Staff are genuinely awful.

They are a horrendous company with terrible customer service. I'm currently in the middle of trying to get my bag that they lost back. It's been 2 days and there has been almost no updates and I've had to call dozens of time, fill out multiple forms and personally gone to the airport to talk with their staff and there have been no one helpful. Avoid them and Aer Lingus if you value your time and stress level
