The moves were well explained and easy to follow. Clare is so lovely, welcoming and knowledgeable. We even received a beautiful meditation at the end that I didn't want to come out of.
I immediately noticed a reduction in puffiness after the treatment, especially around my eyes. By the next day I noticed a vast improvement! My skin feels and looks so much better and firmer.
I would highly recommend booking a session with Clare. It's such a lovely way to spend time with your girlfriends online and you end up looking younger! #winning
