Ordered a repeat prescription in plenty of time, went to collect and was told they didn't have it. Called my drs surgery and was given the information of when the chemist scanned to their system. Called the chemist, and hey presto, they find it! I explained this was the 3rd time this had happened and was told to take my prescription elsewhere if i didn't like it. Shocking way to speak to people. Formal complaint logged!

Just scroll down the reviews and one star ratings and you can probably get a rough idea of how bad this chemist really is. The staff are absolutely horrible and you have to wait ages for a prescription that is apparently been ready for collection - and of course, the staff get annoyed at you for loitering in the shop waiting for it! Ive never liked the thought of robots taking over but I welcome the idea when it comes to this shop!

Very unhelpful and abrupt staff, the pharmacist lied to my wife on the phone about the avaliability of medication and even our GP advised us not to use this pharmacy if we wanted something quickly.

Just poor service, when you have to wait 5 minutes for staff to finish their conversation before they even acknowledge your present in the shop.

If i could give it 0 stars i would. I went at 5:50 on a Monday and was told to come back in 30 mins for a prescription (keeping in mind this was an urgent one) and then i went back after 30 mins and they wouldnt let me in. if they did close they should have told me beforehand. I am so disappointed by the horrible service and women who spoke with me, she also had her family in after hours picking about the shelves.
