Fantastic service on the day, optometrists lovely, but agreed to send partner to collect, that was refused wasting a trip, trying to make an appointment to collect was weeks away, said I'd just go elsewhere, instead of trying making it right, they were happy to just cancel and keep my contact, then refused to share my prescription. Excellent service, a piece of grit flew into my eye yesterday and I could NOT flush it out, got NO sleep. Thank god for the ladies at 9am this morning who booked me in fast and helped me blink again

I've been a patient here for quite a while. I went today to keep my appointment for a contact lens check, I had bought then from optimeyes, but as I could never reach them while covid 19 was closing everything, I started buying my lens online, much cheaper and ordering them in the opticians is a weeks wait, while online they are delivered the following day. (perfect if you've had an accident with the last lens and need them replaced ASAP) I was told today that there is a 25 fee for the lens check if you don't buy the lens from them. It's a pity this wasn't pointed out either on there Web page or when I had my sight test in March which could have saved me wasting my time attending today's appointment which obviously I wasn't going to go through with. Luckily there are many other good opticians round about, who are more than capable of giving a service that reflects how glad they are of your custom.
