        Very well equipped gym, has absolutely everything you need. The owner Dave was incredibly nice and very helpful in getting me set up and offering to show me around if I was unsure of anything.

        I went into the gym today to get a tour and get a feel for the place, first impressions are great! I met Dave who showed me round and talked me through all the available equipment. The atmosphere is good, it feels very supportive and all the stations are clean. I'm really looking forward to going more often.
