I came in on Saturday 18 February with my Mum who is in her 70s and still thinks she is a M&S size 14 (shes probably a size 10). The lady who served us was absolutely gorgeous, Mum tried on a couple of jumpers, there was one clear winner but shed chosen a medium to try on which drowned her, we swapped her to the small but even that was too big, we had to persuade her to try XS which was perfect. The staff member was just so lovely, helpful and kind. Big advert for shop independent. Thank you.

Beautiful clothes but we were completely ignored by shop assistant who was very friendly to another shopper, was it ageism or sizeism? Would have bought something but couldn't support this type of customer service. Just back from Milan and maybe this shops needs a lesson from Dior who make no judgement and treat all customer the same

I love everything about this place. I walk in and feel like I have my own personal shopper, that pushes my usual boundaries and I walk out feeling fabulous.

Loved this shop, great clothes and customer service. Bought a few items from this lovely shop, a great find on my trip to Edinburgh and will be buying more!
