This insurance is a joke!!!! After the repair on my vehicle was completed they wanted to pay the approved repairer with a cheque .. that took 30 days to process I ended up having to pay on my credit card and then claim the money back off these clowns!!! Isnt the reason for having insurance to clam costs which are unaffordable?? It makes no sense whatsoever. Also customer services are illiterate and highly unprofessional. The whole procedure from start to finish was traumatic to say the least. !!! I do not recommend you buy this fake insurance from the 1950s !!! Era as they are still working on cheques that take 30 days to clear!!

Very bad company SCOTSURE PLEASE DONT USE THIS COMPANY BECAUSE WHEN THERE IS A FAULT THEY WILL PAY A CHEQUE TO YOUR GARAGE OR YOURSELF WHICH TAKES THEM 30 DAYS TO PROCESS.!!! YOUR THEN STUCK WITHOUT A VEHICLE BECAUSE THE GARAGE OR YOURSELF HAVE TO WAIT FOR THE CHEQUE TO BE CLEARD. WHAT A BOGUS COMPANY IT IS..!!! WE ARE IN 2023 NOT 1983

Not worth the paper its written on. I bought the car and was given 12 months approved used warranty with Scotsure. The way warranty is written, so you likely be fobbed off in any case. The customer service is terrible, dont really care about your problem and not interested to help.

I felt I had to write this as there seems to be a few negative reviews around the internet about Scotsure Warranties, I bought an M5 BMW last Jan from Kaim Park Garage in Bathgate, lovely car, it came with the option of taking a Exec Warranty on it for a year cost 495, no brainer, I then had no reason to think about this warranty again until July, doing the NC 500 car broke down @ Loch Laggan, RAC called and towed car to M Tech Kirkcaldy, diagnosed 4 fuel injectors and a coil pack need replace, Bill 1500, Scotsure Paid 1300, November further problems with coil packs, Bill 1300, ScotSure Paid 1000, on fixing this there was also found to be an problem with a fuel pump in the fuel tank, the one there is no access to, the tank cost is 1100 the rest of the bill to follow, Scotsure have agreed for the work to be carried out, so if you have one of these warranties and are like me worried when things go wrong reading the negative reviews as long as you have the service hstory and the car hasn't been tinkered with then there seems to be no problem. I hope this shows a different opinion towards this warranty company.
