No food after 9pm is poor. For a huge packed bar.
Breakfast service laughable.
Half a dozen staff actively avoiding customers.
Really hit and miss.
Left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing, was doing, should be doing nor be doing next.
Room only is the way to go.
