Where to ever begin when describing how amazing Tracey is?! We booked our wedding at Culzean Castle and hired Creative Occasions nearly 3 years out from our wedding date. Over those 3 years, we got to know Tracey well and she went above and beyond to make sure our wedding day was absolutely perfect. As a US bride, I was initially nervous at the thought of planning an international wedding, but as soon as I met Tracey, I knew I never had to worry about a thing. She had it covered and was always a step ahead when it came to planning. She went the extra mile in touring the venue, sending extra pictures/videos and closely working with our suppliers as we were not able to easily do these things. We even had to push our wedding date back due to COVID and Tracey never missed a beat even though we had to change the entire color/decor theme with the change of season. She was truly so much more than a wedding planner. She provided travel recommendations for us, was always checking in to make sure everything we needed for our wedding/trip and even made a phone call to our rental car company when I was panicking and couldn't get through the day we traveled to Scotland. Our day turned out more beautiful than we ever could have imagined. The entire event was so organized, carefree, and Tracey made sure I did not have a single thing to stress about. We were blessed with the most sunny and beautiful wedding day and I think Tracey just willed it into existence with her cheery personality. She became a friend over those 3 years and we still keep in touch. I miss our calls, video chats and all the wedding planning madness. I so wish we could relive our wedding day! Tracey was my wedding planner for nearly 2 years, my venue was Dundas Castle in South Queensferry. I know its a cliche but I genuinely had the best day of my life and the reason for that was the meticulous planning that Tracey applied. Tracey has a lovely bubbly personality and displays great attention to detail which meant in the lead up to the wedding nothing was missed. On the big day itself Tracey helped the event management team and really took care of every thing and made my day so special. I would thoroughly recommend Tracey for your wedding planner .

Our wedding day turned out even more magical and unbelievable than we had anticipated. Our guests have been raving about it non stop - several told us that this was the very best wedding they had attended. All because of Sarah!!! She suggested unbelievable vendors, ALL OF THEM!! It was a true fairytale, that she planned snd orchestrated flawlessly. Most organized, professional and competent wedding planner we could have found. We could never thank her enough. From a barn owl delivering wedding rings, to the best choice as far as officiant goes, the most delicious cake, an enchanting piper and a castle as a venue that made us feel like royals. Sarah, you will always have a special place in our hearts.

I can't begin to give Tracey enough thanks for making our wedding absolutely perfect! Trying to plan a wedding from the US was definitely a stressor for us but Tracey was a true joy to work with. We looked forward to every meeting with her! Her communication was excellent and every step of the way gave us multiple options for vendors in the area. When we arrived at the venue she was there to great us and it was like visiting family. She gave us a tour of the grounds and answered any remaining questions. On the day of the wedding she was absolutely remarkable, providing us with all of the things we forgot or would have never thought of. She was even able to accommodate a last minute surprise guest! We can't recommend Tracey enough. Whether you are local or abroad, you will not be disappointed. Tracey and her husband have definitely become an honorary Evans!

I don't even know where to begin when it comes to thanking Tracey and recommending her amazing serviced for future brides or anyone in need of an event organiser. From start to finish Tracey had our back and was always at the end of the phone when we needed her most. We had a very stressful wedding planning journey and I dare say we may not have made it to our special day had it not been for Tracey. Her attention to detail is exceptional, ability to organise and contingency plan time and again was remarkable and above all she is just the kindest, nicest person inside and out. Everyone needs Tracey in their life, but more important part of your wedding story. Our guests were in awe of her skills and talent.
