Sheena has been treating me with deep tissue massage to treat golf inflicted tightness and pain in my lower back.This is always beneficial although is quite intense. She recommended I have CST recently and I felt so good following this treatment. It was totally painless and very relaxing and my whole body 'tingled' while she was treating me. It also resulted in a 'great night's' sleep. I would definitely recommend CST if Sheena invites any patient to undertake a session.

Amazing results from Sheena . Came into practice with poor mobility and sore legs . After a few sessions my mobility improved and pain gone . Ive booked a session every 6 weeks which has kept me injury free and prolonged my training . Friendly , professional and very knowledgeable. Highly recommended

After months of suffering extreme pain with sciatica I visited Sheena who after 3 visits successfully treated my leg pain. I have been treated by Sheena before for neck and back pain and I have no hesitation in recommending her.

Have ongoing shoulder problems that return every 2 years or so, had tried the usual GP referrals which did nothing, went private same result & then around 5-6 years ago was recommended Sheena Glen. Just to say Sheena did in 2 sessions what none of the rest managed & took away my pain. Been getting problems over the last couple of weeks so straight back today & feels much better already Thanks again Sheena & your magic hands (even if it does hurt at the time) end result is well worth it & doesnt charge a fortune

I have been receiving massage from Sheena for a few weeks now and I am very happy with the service. She is very friendly and professional. My shoulder and neck pain is so much better after just a few appointments. I would highly recommend.
