I called Scott out last October ( 10 months ago ) as I had a drip from a join in my gutter. I was quoted 120 which although I believed to be expensive I just wanted it fixed so agreed to pay. He then asked me for a paintbrush as otherwise he would have to go to shops and buy one so would save time. I gave him a brush. He went up on the ladder. Literally 5 minutes later he came down and said it was done. He had sealed it with some sort of special sealant fiberglass paint. It lasted until the next morning before the drip started again. I contacted him and he said it needed time to dry and harden so give it he weekend as it was going to be dry. Again not fixed. I have now sent him numerous messages chasing every month or so and he has still not come to fix this. I did advise him last time we spoke where he assured me he would be out within 2 weeks ( 2 months ago ) that I would leave a negative review if he did not come out. I have now given up and so am doing what I had said I would and leaving my review. Hopefully someone thinking of using him in the future will see this and save themselves a lot of money and hassle.
