What can I say about Sandrina! She is amazing from start to finish! Made the process so easy nothing was ever a bother she was on call any time of the day to answer any questions you had. I had my house on the market with another estate agent for 6 weeks with not one enquiry. With Sandrina once she had it on the market she had me four viewings and my house under offer in a week! I can not recommend her enough its a big 5 stars from me!

Outstanding, exceptional, exemplary and consummate professionals and this still doesn't say enough about these individuals and amazing team. We couldn't have asked any more of Cecchini Property, Sandrina and Lynne, always on call, supporting and guiding and never once forgetting the individuals in the process. Sandrina, Cheryl and Michael What can I say? Fabulous , fantastic. From our first meeting we felt in safe hands, the kindness and warmth of Sandrina was very evident, the personal touch was amazing. Setting up the chat group also a great communication for us, which I made much use of. We were buyers and sellers. (Maybe the first) Purchase was seam free. Selling great!!!also the direction, from Sandrina as we were well out of touch with marketing was supportive and helpful. With all her advice , photographs and prompt marketing we sold in 10 days. We moved three weeks later so a whirlwind but all very worthwhile. Thank you all very much we are very grateful. The hand soap was a lifesaver it took more than a week yo unpack ours. Again 5*****. Highly recommended. You are all stars.

This may appear an odd review as Ceccini Estate Agents did not sell our house - in fact, we bought our house which was sold to us by Ceccini! I cannot rate Sandrina and Cheryl highly enough as they maintained contact with us, the purchasers MORE than our own estate agent!! Ceccini initiated the calls whereas I had to initiate all calls to my agent. Ceccini were professional throughout, and dispelled any feared. Were delighted with our new home and although we dont intend to be moving I would highly recommend Ceccini to anyone who is considering either selling or buying! Thanks Sandrina and Team
