        A year long problem with a broken shower door I was with another letting agent lime Green took over within a week this would have been sorted but my brother had a stroke so had to postpone the repair .

        Had an issue with my boiler and emailed the Limegreen team on a Sunday. Received an email from Stephen first thing on Monday morning saying he requested gas engineer and he'd be out that day. Around 1100 engineer arrived and said boiler needed a new thermostat and that he'd order it but it might be a couple of days. But by 1300 the same day, he returned and installed a new thermostat as they actually had one in stock! Amazing service from Limegreen - always very helpful and go the extra mile to ensure problems are sorted quickly and efficiently. Thank you.
