My fianc and I are in route to our wedding at Loch Awe and stopped through Prestwick to see his Gran. I wanted to find a jeweler to make sure my ring was in top top condition for the big day (6 days away). The service was incredible, and I felt like I had stumbled upon the most welcoming shop owners in the world. I was visiting the area and went in for a simple silver ring for my middle finger . It wasn't something they do but I bought a beautiful Swiss topaz with diamonds. The next day I thought I needed sapphire earrings so I went again , the owner showed me other stones as he didn't have many sapphire earrings . I was wearing my favourite navy coat and hat , I realized later that he was guiding me , correctly away from the dark blue colour to a lighter shade . I now have a lovely jewellery set of matching topaz ring earrings and pendant . It is important to take guidance from the professional especially when you realise they are doing what is best for you . Sometimes what we want isn't what is best for us .
