        Laminate supplied had marks and didnt fit so delays to fitting and costs for taking time off work. Ayr branch customer service poor weren't interested. Wont be back.

        Not having the best experience with Tapi. Paid up and was promised laminate flooring for our ground floor to be fitted by today but so far it hasn't. Not impressed, especially with Tapi carpets not having a plan for when it would be done after we reported that work had not started two days ago.
