        got a fridge/freezer 6 months ago, had engineer out twice replaced a part on Tuesday there broke down again that night, neither argos nor Hisense wanting anything to do with it resolving the issue so trading standards it is thanks for nothing, a sham won't be giving either my custom again.

        Bought a curtain pole for my bay window. Missing a pack of curtain rings and a finial..phoned but was told to bring it back to Kilmarnock to get a refund and get a new one. Not very useful as I am working and am disabled and not able to get to the Kilmarnock branch. Even worse was the fact that I have paid someone to come and fit them and he discovered the missing items when he opened the package.
