        WARNING - Do not touch SOLDFAST with a barge pole! My wife and I made an offer on a flat which was accepted. I paid the 3,000 reservation fee. Flat is off the market right? We made the written offer after a short delay only to find out SOLDFAST had sold the flat to SOMEONE ELSE no phonecall, no warning, no deadline, NOTHING! Our conveyancing lawyer said that she had never seen behaviour like it in all of her career. STAY WELL AWAY UNETHICAL AND UNPROFESSIONAL. P.S. The flat was a retirement flat, in the perfect location at the right price and perfect amenities for my mum after losing Dad last year. We were due to surprise my mum and take a huge weight off her mind.
