worst company i ever worked for, staff are brill, Managers terrible.

Absolutely terrible care company. Used to be the best until taken over. Now management dont seem to care about the welfare of clients or staff. This was demonstrated when a senior care worker and trainee took my disabled son out in his wheelchair to a busy Glasgow shopping centre and lost him. Their excuse was he was being mischievous!! After all that's why he gets support. We were penalised by them removing his care because we had the audacity to complain. We were meant to beg to have our support reinstated no chance!! Avoid like the PLAQUE!!!!

One star to much , absolutely a joke of a place to work for , I was getting bullied by one of the carers and had reported it a few times and nothing was done about it ,didnt believe a word I told them ,the carer had took a disliking to me because I always went that Little bit further so they thought they would lie and phone office etc and tell Tales I was still Only learning so small mistakes happen ,to get my out the door obviously, then they got me In the office for a Chat which I thought this was to sort things out , but when I left the office they sacked me through an email ,loads of people have left because the were they were getting treated by staff , they dont have a clue how to run a business, worst company ever

Cairllum have cared for my parents for a long time now. Sadly my dad died in April but the care and compassion shown to him was outstanding. My mum continues to use them and I am so grateful for how they have supported my mum after her loss. The standard of care is first class and all staff are kind and caring. Thanks to all staff for their continued care

One star too much! Think carefully before using for a loved one or going for employment. They go through more employees than I've had hot dinners!!!
