Ask for Zoe very helpful - at the sales stage. One year on : Buying a "new" Barratt home was a mistake I bitterly regret. A nightmare! Have spent 50+ days staying in for remedial repairs. High customer satisfaction? Not me! Do not complete any customer satisfaction survey until all snagging is complete and you have lived in the house for a few months (forced upon you when you first take possession).
