Highly Recommended 2 lots of fencing replacement jobs done. Fantastic service. Swift and reliable. Jobs both done to high standard with no fuss or mess. Highly competitive quotes. Can be trusted to do quality job. We were not on premises when 14m or 16m fence replacement jobs were done but place left tidy and old fence disposed of. Will call on Gavin again, with no hesitation.

Encountered this builder when our upstairs neighbour employed him to do work on their flat. Both my husband and myself work nights so we are on different sleeping schedules than your regular 9-5 folks. This builder thought it was appropriate to do his heavy power sawing in our stairwell over our heads, with no concern to the people who live in this building. When politely asked if he could move to our garden, which is very well cared for and would be a perfect space for loud outdoor work, he was incredibly rude and said "You 'spect me to go up and down the stairs all day 'cause you're lying' in your kip?" Employ this man if you enjoy paying large brutes with no regard for common decency and civility. He had proven himself to be extremely disrespectful to the people living in the spaces he is working. Any child would known it isn't okay to play with loud toys inside, but these people apparently have forgotten this basic rule of consideration. Inviting them to work in your home is a guaranteed way to damage your relationship with your neighbours. Would not suggest.
