        The location of this house can't be faulted being at the harbour in Portsoy. However the interior of the house is VERY disappointing. The kitchen and bathroom are both sub standard. The kitchen doors don't close properly, the sealant behind the sink is stained black and the bathroom fittings are very tired. The 'shared courtyard' quoted on the website extends to access along the path of what is basically a dog toilet. For the money being asked we recommend you avoid like the plague!
