This practice ruthlessly exploits the fact that it is the only GP surgery in a large area, to flout manners, common decency and medical responsibility in maltreatment amounting to abuse of those inadvertently & unwillingly caught within their exclusive geographical region. Their main/sole entrance is by way of double-doors. These (see photo), are narrow and only one is ever opened. The other is always locked, despite protests. The locked (for absolutely no other reason than the native nastiness of senior partners), door has no notice attached to warn of this. In summer there are many visitors seeking treatment to whom the building is unknown. I have witnessed groups of local Old Age Pensioners 'piling up' at these doors, rain or shine, summer or winter, unable with age & infirmity to get through without - totally needless- problems navigating the single narrow entrance. I have a slightly infirm left hand and have sometimes banged my fingers on the locked door on my reluctant & infrequent visits. These morons know perfectly well the trouble they deliberately cause, and repeatedly refuse to be reasonable or decent. (Originally posted some years ago).

We've just been staying on the Isle of Skye for a holiday and unfortunately my partner became unwell. We visited the surgery and the receptionists were extremely helpful in getting us seen by the Dr. The Dr was really thorough and caring and followed up some test results very quickly. We were then advised to be seen again a couple of days later and an appointment arranged with a different Dr who again was extremely helpful. Thankyou
