Isle of Skye Seafari Experience

Not very impressed with this company. Our trip booked for Sunday 30th April was cancelled the day before due to bad weather, which is fair enough. After trying to contact them for 3 days with no reply, we finally had confirmation today (3rd May) that our refund had been processed. They are slow at responding and when you try to call the phone number listed on their website, you are met with an automated "Sorry, calls are not currently being connected to this number."

For a few months I am trying to get a refund for a trip that was cancelled. No one answers emails or Facebook chat. If you value your money do not book a trip with this agency.

A fantastic time! All crew were really helpful and engage to give the best experience. We saw dolphins, eagles and seals.

What a wonderful experience this was. The woman that received us (at the ice cream shop) was kind and enthusiastic, and the tour guide was incredibly knowledgably regarding the local wildlife and it was clear that he cared deeply about the environment. Moreover, the guide's son did a marvelous job of captaining the boat, and we saw lots of wildlife including seals, dolphin (swam right alongside the boat), and various seabirds. Highly recommend this experience!

We had a great time on the boat. Extremely kind staff. We saw seals, porpoises and dolphins were swimming next to the boat!
