This is a response to Tasha Ma. Booking name was Yik Tung Ma but preferred Tasha. Dreadful review because I did not provide a kitchen or microwave, fridge, evening meal. Invited her friends & family & fellow travellers back to my B&B. They all tried to fit into the bedroom, so no wonder it appeared tiny. They all had takeaway with them. They had every intention of using my dining room, and dirtying everything that was cleansed. All of them walked in an out, and in an out, this went on every 5 mins constantly from 6pm until 10:10pm, and not one of this group could shut a door behind them in 4 hours. I said nothing, and permitted their complete disrespect & disregard for other guests. I also had to close the front door every 5 mins for the 4 hours. Given, that she clearly did not like my B&B, her and her friends came back to party here 2 nights in a row, until well after 10pm. I did not utter a word to her or to any of her extended family & friends, who all had takeaway here on both nights, although my B&B was Tiny & inadequate! The family and friends were staying at a hotel in the centre of town almost next door to the takeaway restaurant. Why then did they chose to All walk back here with their takeaway, spend 4 hours here, on more nights than one, rather than in the spacious, elaborate hotel. Perhaps the hotel restaurant would not allow this entire group to sit with their takeaways whilst serving paying guests. Perhaps takeaways were not allowed in the bedrooms. Perhaps friends staying elsewhere were not allowed to take their takeaways into the hotel. Anyway, that doesnt matter, they all walked back here, all of them, on the long walk past their hotel, on both nights, and they all enjoyed their food here until 10:15. Again, in & out, in & out, in & out.l (for 4 or 5 hours). Not one person closing a door, and not one having any respect for anyone else staying here. It was their Party. I said nothing then, I said nothing at breakfast, I said nothing the following night, when Everyone arrived, I said nothing at breakfast. But Yik Tung Ma. aka Tasha is clearly insinuating something. Its completely bizarre. She took her friends & family back here 2 nights in a row, for hours on end, with their takeaways. She didnt take them to the fabulous place that she mentions ! I didnt offend these guests, but I did have to watch them, because it was quite disturbing seeing all kinds of strangers coming in and out all night, especially men, big men, that werent staying here. Yik Tung Ma (aka Tasha) is not a minority like she tries to makes out. There was nothing minority about her. She wasnt LGBT. She isnt minority whatsoever. She stayed here with her mother, from Hong Kong but not quite China, but certainly ruled my China. One of the biggest nations, certainly not the minority that she makes out in the review. I just cant find anything truthful in this review. Which is quite shocking if that is what other travellers base their reviews on.
