Contact and action taken was a disappointing experience. Computer was not repaired and the refundable deposit was not refunded.

Moray geeks go the extra mile to help. I had been having issues with a new lap top, still under warranty but manufacturer was disputing its condition. Moraygeeks wrote a full report, after also trying to find replacements and contact the manufacturers. I got a full refund on the basis of Moray geeks report. I recommend them totally, for effort, helpful and understandable advice. Mandi
